New Members
Meet Our New Members
These folks have participated in the Starting Points program and have completed the membrship process recently. Many are already involved in the ministries of Christ Church! On Sunday October 18, 2009 during the morning worship services took their membership vows, signed the Membership Covenant of Christ United Methodist Church, which also was signed by Christ Church Lay Leader Harold Yannayon representing the Congregation in renewing their vows.

Sally Buck |
She lives just a stones throw from the church on Evanston Avenue. She enjoys that she can see the church from her home. Sally enjoys her children and grandchildren and spending time with her friends. Sally has been a part of Christ Church since its beginning in the house on Crescent Avenue, and has shared many memories of the early days of the church with the class. Sally officially joined Christ UMC in 1955, and renewed her membership vows as an act of faith and renewal of her loyalty to Christ through The United Methodist Church. |

She lives on Atlantic Avenue. Retired from CVS. She enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, and loves to crochet. Pauline joins on a Profession of Faith, after 15 years of involvement here at Christ UMC. |

Lives in Lake City. Retired from Sarah Reed. She loves to crochet and bake. She enjoys spending time with her family. Carol joins her two sisters in membership here, Delores DeMichele and Patty Webber. Transferred from Girard UMC. |

Marsha Yochim

Lives on Amherst Road. Works in the cafeteria of St. George's school, serving 3-year-olds to 8th graders their lunch. She enjoys spending time with her family, sewing, knitting and ceramics. Marsha is aunt to Tom and Linda Holman, members of our church. Transferred from Lakewood UMC. |
